Housing & Dining
Campus housing
Learning to live on your own is one of the most important and fun aspects of college life. When you live on campus, you become part of a community.
Benefits of on-campus living include:
- Easy access to the library, dining halls, classes, computer labs, and other amenities
- Free laundry in the residence halls
- Permission to have cars on campus; well-lighted parking lots located near the residence halls
- Our own Rochester Transit System bus stop connecting Nazareth to the city of Rochester
Just like our students, all of our buildings have their different personalities. We have contemporary, corridor style halls, older halls designed to reflect the tradition of Nazareth, apartments, suites, and even a converted mansion. Many residence halls are connected to academic buildings by a series of tunnels, so you can wear shorts and flip-flops to class, even in the winter months.
You can also choose special interest options:
- French House
- First Year Experience
- Community Service House
- Quiet Zone

Campus dining
What to Eat
Here’s some food for thought: happy bellies = happy students. That’s why Nazareth offers a wide variety of menus and flexibility for different schedules. Gourmet pizza, toasted subs, and delectable vegetarian cuisine are just a taste of what we’re serving.
We welcome student requests and always do our best to accommodate students with special dietary requirements. Check out our daily menu and special events.
We’re friendly to your stomach, and to the earth! The dining halls minimize Nazareth’s impact on the environment by implementing sustainable practices like:
- Local purchasing
- Buying Fair Trade coffee and cage-free eggs
- Using biodegradable paper products
