Get Served
It's undeniable: community service is kind of a big thing here.
In fact, Naz newbies get started immediately! During New Student Orientation, students visit one of 24 Rochester sites for a day of service.
And these aren't just your typical service spots. Fans of the great outdoors get some sun while gardening at a local farm. Cooks and foodies show off their food-prep skills.
Hosting ice cream socials for the elderly, painting affordable housing, running the bounce house at the Festival for Emergency Responders - you name it, Naz students have done it.
The day is one of your first chances to make new college friends and explore Rochester. Whether you're new to the service scene, or a long-time volunteer, you'll leave asking, "What's next?"
