Transfer Application Process
Each year more than 250 students will transfer into Nazareth College. We welcome applications from students in good academic standing from fully accredited two- and four-year schools.
The Application Process:
Applying to Naz is easy. Here's how:

Complete application for admission.
Fill out the Universal Transfer Application. Please make sure that all necessary information is completed, including all required signatures. -
Send official college transcripts from all institutions attended to "Nazareth College - attention: Transfer Admissions."

Provide current course schedule (if available).
Provide a list of current college coursework. -
Complete audition or portfolio review (Art, Theatre, and Music students only).

Important Transfer Admissions Dates

*"Rolling" excludes applications to the Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy which are due March 1 (fall) or October 1 (spring).

Transfer Credit
Transfer students who are admitted to Nazareth and who have earned a two-year degree (AA or AS) from a fully-accredited college or university prior to registration are ordinarily granted 60 credits and Junior status.
Nursing transfer students with an AAS degree in Nursing are ordinarily granted 60 credits and Junior status.
Other transfer students who do not have an AA or AS degree and wish to transfer credits to Nazareth from fully-accredited two- or four-year colleges or universities, or other institutions of learning (foreign, trade, technical, music, art, fashion, and business) will have those credits awarded on a course-by-course basis.
